The persistence of human life is supported by many factors; one of them is about the existence of income and outcome for somebody to fulfill the need of his necessity and those who are under his responsibility. The incoming source can be obtained either by an effort or giving from another people voluntarily. Zakat is one of the sources that can be obtained from another people then can be used either for consuming for his daily needs or as a financial capital exertion that hopefully it will be spreading out to be bigger someday.

The district regulation (Perda) in the regency of Agam No 1 year of 2001 about the vision of “Agam Madani dan Berprestasi” is a kind of local legislation which has applied the unique relation between Islam and state. The regency of Agam is an important part of the concept of Minangkabau geographical identity. In the vision stated that there is a principle and main basic which is being the main source of Agam society to think, do and act. By using the approach of ethnographic of Spradley, this study is able to answer the problem if the Islamic movement is either a part of a romanticism implication in the past or a movement that is really recording the biggest of Islam to build the social world, though as we know that Indonesia face the problem of multi crisis dimension. There is an assumption that the Islamic movement has been being get contamined by those who has power to dominate Islam. Then, the legislation reputations of Islamic movement are being decreasing in the national system for gradually.

In fact, much kind of efforts for including such kinds of conventional businesses into an Islamic regulation (syari’atisasi) as the whole have been being conducted by some conventional business institutions such as banks, pawnshop, assurances, fund guard, obligation (obligasi) and etc. This effort has a main purpose to manifest such kind of contracts (Akad) which is not contradicted to the Islamic principle into the business. However, this effort is being to spread out into such kind of other factories that is oriented in a system of multi level marketing, for instance Pt. Mitra Permata Mandiri. This factory promises to their consument for giving a bonus or prize for those who are able to achieve a certain target.

This research describes about the movement of social or protests that done by farmer in Nagari Ketaping Kab. Padang Pariaman in claming the justice and also the resistance to the arbitrary of government officer to small society. This research is done by qualitative method and follow the ethnography steps which suggested by Spradley. The data is colleted by in-depth interviewing, observation, and documentary study. The informant is chosen by using snow ball technique. The result of this research shows that the social movement of farmer in Nagari Ketaping represents the long efforts of farmer in Indonesia. Goverments’ attitude in handling this case makes the farmer society feel uncomfortable and try to do actions by building public opinion. Farmer society tise to ask supports from other institution, like : Institute Legal Aid (LBH), Institude Research of Advocacy (LRA), and Environments’ Association (WALHI).

Even though, Harun Nasution is not known as an expert of Islamic law, but he has some ideas about Islamic law, for instance, his idea concept about ijtihad and Islamic development. This article is mainly going to discuss about the main ideas of Harun Nasution. It is about the both ideas of Harun Nasution, either ijtihad or Islamic development. From the result of a study conducted stated that according to Harun Nasution, ijtihad is the third source of Islamic law after Al-Qur’an and As-sunah. Ijtihad is not limited to the field of law only. However, an idea about Islamic law is going to change suitable with the world development.

The struggle which is effort by our prophet Muhammad SAW and his companions for spreading out the Islamic religion is based on the missionary principle means using good manners. Many of obstacles faced by them as long as their efforts for build Islam for surely. Fortunately, they have been never giving their life up voluntarily to the enemies of Allah. In the history of Badar war, there was no an act of amaliyah al-istisyhad either to look for a win or to try intimidating their enemies. Unfortunately, as we know that in the recent, there is a phenomenon to popularize an act to sacrifice their life voluntarily to bombard their enemies. This act is done by them with the purpose that they will be a syuhada (death with the guarantee of paradise in hereafter) or getting amaliyah al-istisyhad. This act affects to the cynism of western view about Islamic religion, moreover they argue that Islamic religion is spread out by the uncivilized ways. From the study conducted showed that the act of self bomb has no strong of basic principle neither from Al-Qur’an nor As-sunnah. Moreover, this act is regarded as an act which is contradicted to the Islamic principle. However, this acts contributing for giving a negative effect and making part of Islamic religion into the low level of humanity.

An income distribution in Islam uses an assumption that everything which is either consumed or produced must not been contained by riba also get been not contamined by an obligation to pay zakat for a consumer and producer. At the other hand, when we examine further, accord to the context of Islam, the distribution put in front an assumption that a measurement is not based on the property only, but also based on the distribution of the humanity potential use. So that, the best way used in Islam (perceiving capitalism and social system) is handling a principle of a must for producing more also the property distribution. This aims if the property circulation will be increasing for finally, so that it will give an implication for a fair distribution between such society levels. Thus, hopefully the property will be spreading out to all communities.
